Massive 2025 Predictions!

In mid-December, Paradigm’s top minds gathered in Baltimore to forecast the year ahead.

So, as we ring in 2025, we’re offering a glimpse today into the trends and opportunities that could shape this year’s investment landscape.

From tokenization to strategic computing reserves, here’s what our experts predict…

First up, James Altucher — Paradigm’s crypto and AI authority — boldly declares 2025 the year of “tokenization.”

Tokenization, he explains, is the process of turning any financial asset into a cryptocurrency.

James envisions a future where homeowners, for instance, could tokenize their property and lend a portion of it directly to borrowers.

And the benefits could be substantial. Here’s another example: “Every time you use your credit card, you're basically saying, 'I agree to give some random companies 2-3% of my money,’” he points out.

With tokenization, assets can be traded 24/7 at a fraction of current fees.

James further highlights Trump’s appointment of David Sacks as crypto and AI “czar.” The incoming administration could accelerate this blockchain-centric transformation.

In fact, he believes we're on the cusp of overhauling the entire financial system from scratch.

Building on his prescient 2017 Bitcoin prediction, James is now setting his sights on a much larger prize: the $1.4 quadrillion in global financial assets.

In another shocking prediction, trading expert Enrique Abeyta forecasts that tech giant…

Nvidia’s Trillion-Dollar Tumble

… Nvidia (NVDA) will lose $1 trillion in market cap sometime in 2025 or early 2026.

This 31% drop could occur rapidly — surprising the mainstream financial media — likely triggered by an earnings disappointment.

Enrique compares this potential scenario to Amazon’s 90% share-price plunge during the dot-com bust.

However, he remains bullish on Nvidia's long-term prospects, suggesting its market cap could eventually double… or even increase tenfold.

Bull Market Dynamics

Paradigm’s chart hound Greg “Gunner” Guenthner reminds us that we’re entering the third year of a bull market that began in October 2022.

While the S&P 500 has gained about 70% since then, historical patterns suggest we’re only halfway through the typical bull run.

Gunner warns of a potential 10% pullback in the first half of 2025, emphasizing the need for selective investing.

But here’s something: He remains optimistic about Bitcoin, projecting a possible rise to $279,000 by year-end!

Gunner also anticipates a “soft commodities surge,” citing the remarkable performance of commodities like coffee and cocoa.

With coffee futures recently hitting all-time highs, for instance, he suggests the Invesco DB Agriculture Fund (DBA) as a way for retail investors to capitalize on this trend.

National Strategic Computing Reserve

Ray Blanco, Paradigm’s science-and-technology investor, predicts Team Trump’s establishment of a National Strategic Computing Reserve, aimed at securing U.S. leadership in quantum computing.

Ray believes this project will become a major focus in 2025, comparable to the space program of the 1960s — or rivaling the scale of the Manhattan Project.

While Ray’s specific investment play remains under wraps, it reportedly involves a $28-billion company.

As we step into 2025, reader, these predictions offer a roadmap for navigating the complex world of investments.

From the transformative potential of tokenization to the strategic importance of computing power, the year ahead promises both challenges and opportunities for savvy investors.

Cheers, and Happy New Year! We’re with you every step of the way…
