Trudeau Openly Salutes a Nazi
I don’t tune in to mainstream media much these days, but I’ve heard Ukraine-all-the-time coverage has dwindled to a slow drip.
It’s as if the Biden administration, its fourth estate mouthpiece and the American public are (yawn) tired of the whole affair.
Perhaps sensing this disengagement, Ukraine’s President Zelensky tore himself away from war in the motherland to meet with North American leaders last week, including Joe Biden and Justin Trudeau.
Once again, Zelensky attempted to extort yet more “aid” from the two countries.
Personally, I was surprised when I saw the following graphic, indicating the disparity between the money that’s been committed to Ukraine’s cause…
Clearly, having given $44.58 billion through the end of July, the U.S. is Ukraine’s biggest financial backer… by a long shot. Canada’s support is anemic in comparison.
By the way, one of Ukraine’s staunchest allies, Poland, announced last week it would not be sending any more weapons to its beleaguered neighbor.
“The Polish prime minister’s comments came as the country’s governing party seeks to reassure voters that it will not put Ukraine’s interests ahead of those of Polish citizens,” The New York Times says.
Wow. Can you imagine?

Trudeau: Russia Made Me Do It!
One reason we mention Zelensky’s North American barnstorming tour is a serious faux pas in Canada’s House of Commons late last week.
After Zelensky gave his must-support-Ukraine-at-all-costs pitch, Speaker Anthony Rota brought attention to a 98-year-old Ukrainian émigré who resides in Rota's district.
Rota lauded Yaroslav Hunka as a “Ukrainian hero” who fought against the Russians. During World War II. Just one problem with that…
“In my remarks following the address of the president of Ukraine, I recognised an individual in the gallery,” Rota later confessed. “I have subsequently become aware of more information which causes me to regret my decision to do so.”
*Gulp*
Prime Minister Trudeau himself had to apologize for celebrating an actual Nazi war criminal, apologizing to Canada’s Jewish community while hastily blaming the entire embarrassing episode on… Russian propaganda?!
On the platform formerly known as Twitter, we now see calls for Hunka’s deportation. To Ukraine? Perhaps the nonagenarian can hitch a ride with Zelensky.
